Do I have the virus? Is it over? Can I hug my wife again?

When I started coughing on March 10th my wife and I decided to treat it as if it was the virus. We separated, sleeping in different rooms, did not share any items, did not sit too close. I washed my hands every time I blew my nose or coughed into a Kleenex. She washed her hands constantly too. We had antibacterial wipes in every room and wiped down surfaces all day long.
