Eating within bright lines in a pandemic

In January 2018 while at an all inclusive resort in Mexico where I imbibed no less than 4 shots of tequila while in the hot tub (not to mention at the bar while playing dominoes), I read a book called “Bright Line Eating”. The art and science of getting thin, happy and free. The science of addiction to sugar and flour were so compelling in this book that I decided right then and there that I was going to stop that day. The bright lines: No Flour. No Sugar. Three meals a day/no snacking. Measured food/eating to plan.
